Othman Haddad, Founder
and Lead Sound Therapist
With 30 years of self-healing experience and 12 years of professional Sound Therapy practice, Othman (known as Otto) founded Swiss Sound Therapy to share the potential of healing through sound.
He is the heart of our unique method, focused on emotional connection and heart-centered alignment. With a deeply human approach and recognized expertise, Othman guides each client and student on a journey of healing and learning at their own pace.
Frédéric Perrier, Assistant
Sound Therapy Instructor
Also active as an HR manager and corporate trainer, Frédéric Perrier is, above all, an experienced composer whose creativity spans a range of musical styles, from contemporary classical music to film scores and electronic music. Recently, his work has focused on soundscapes and contemplative music, seeking out sonic ‘textures’ that enrich the experience of relaxation and meditation.
After a transformative experience with Tibetan bowls, Frédéric undertook in-depth Sound Therapy training with Othman Haddad. Today, he combines his musical sensitivity and sound expertise to offer unique support to Swiss Sound Therapy students, allowing them to discover and master Sound Therapy techniques with an artistic and immersive approach.

Upcoming events
Join us for heart-centered healing session in a nurturing, safe space.
It feels like being in a bath, surrounded by sound instead of water. You lie down on comfortable yoga mats and listen to sounds designed to help, moments, relax your mind, cleanse your body and move through your fears.
The Sound Bath follows a well-researched and proven method that we have taught and used thousands of times in the UK, Switzerland, Spain, Morocco, Sweden, and Italy.
Depending on the session, the instruments we play can be Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, frame drums, Gongs, Koshi Bells and Rainsticks.
