Sound Healing & Sound Therapy Training
A Structured, Embodied Approach to Listening, Regulation & Clarity
London · United Kingdom
What if the life change you’re waiting for didn’t come from doing more —
but from learning to listen differently?
Welcome to Swiss Sound Therapy, a professional school of sound healing and sound therapy training in London, offering grounded, embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, clarity, and a more stable inner orientation through sound.
Each year, we work with individuals seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful professional development — through sound therapy training, group sound baths, and personalised one-to-one sessions.
Do you feel that something is stuck —
but pushing harder only leads to exhaustion?
Perhaps you:
live with ongoing stress, emotional fatigue, or physical tension
struggle to express yourself clearly or feel disconnected from your body
want to support others without losing yourself, and build work that feels meaningful and sustainable
You don’t need another complex concept.
You need a clear, embodied and practical approach —
one that brings you back to the body, reduces mental overload, and restores your capacity to listen.
Sound does not demand effort.
It creates the conditions for presence, perception, and clarity.
The real issue?
We live in a culture that values constant action — not listening.
Over time, the body tightens, the breath shortens, emotions are suppressed,
and attention becomes trapped in mental loops.
The results are familiar:
emotional disconnection and loss of inner drive
persistent tension in the back, neck, or chest
mental fatigue that rest does not resolve
a racing mind that struggles to settle
There is another way.
A slower, deeper and more grounded approach.
Sound therapy invites a different kind of listening —
one that reconnects attention with the body,
and supports a more regulated and coherent inner state.
That path begins here in London — and within your own experience.
Sound does not demand performance.
It invites presence.
About the founder
My name is Othman Haddad.
I know what many people arrive with:
mental overload, accumulated tension, emotional saturation, and a body asking to slow down.
My own path led me to explore sound not as a promise of healing,
but as a tool for regulation, embodied listening, and clarity.
With over 30 years of personal exploration and 13 years of professional practice in London, I now teach and transmit a structured, grounded approach to sound therapy, focused on:
supporting nervous system regulation
reducing mental interference
restoring embodied perception
developing a clear, ethical professional posture
Sound healing, as I practise and teach it, does not try to impress.
It creates the conditions to return to yourself with more clarity.

A human, grounded and structured approach
Many sound healing approaches focus on chakras, cosmic energy, or abstract concepts.
For many people, this feels vague or inaccessible.
At Swiss Sound Therapy in London, our work is grounded in real experience, embodiment, and clear structure — including for people with a logical or scientific mindset.
We do not offer generic sessions
We work with:
- embodied listening
- vocal frequency analysis
- sound, breath and attention
- practical integration tools
You are not a passive recipient.
You are an active participant, leaving each session or training with clear reference points
and simple practices you can use in daily life.
This is not sound relaxation alone.
It is structured sound practice, supporting clarity and inner orientation.
When sound is used with precision, it does not numb awareness.
It supports a more lucid, embodied presence.
What happens if nothing changes?
stress continues to overload the nervous system
emotional tension gradually embeds itself in the body
clarity fades, and inner orientation becomes harder to access
But it is possible to step out of this loop.
Sound healing, when approached as a structured and embodied practice,
can support regulation, clarity, and a more stable relationship to yourself.
You are not too late.
You are simply at the moment where listening becomes possible.
