This Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner wisdom — the part of you that knows how to calm anxiety, build genuine confidence, and make choices aligned with who you truly are, beyond habits and conditioning.
This session is designed as a journey through sound. Through deep, rhythmic drumming, overtone chanting, and the gong played in a precise and intentional way, the nervous system is gently guided into slower brainwave states. As mental activity softens, many people experience a sense of losing time and space, allowing awareness to turn inward with greater ease and clarity.
The sounds are structured to support a gradual descent from thinking into sensing, from effort into receptivity. Rather than analysing or trying to “do” something, you are invited to listen — not with the mind, but with the body.
