Sound Baths in London and Geneva
Structured sound experiences for relaxation, regulation and embodied presence
Sometimes what you need is not more stimulation, more input, or more effort.
Sometimes you need a space where the body can finally slow down, the mind can soften, and your attention can return to something more essential.
At Swiss Sound Therapy, our sound baths in London and Geneva are designed as structured spaces for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and embodied listening.
Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum, voice, and carefully selected acoustic instruments, each session supports a shift away from mental overload and into a more grounded and coherent inner state.
These sessions are open to everyone.
No previous experience is needed.

When a sound bath may help
Many people come to a sound bath because they feel:
- mentally overloaded
- unable to fully relax
- emotionally saturated
- physically tense
- overstimulated
- disconnected from themselves
- tired, but unable to switch off
You may not need to “figure everything out”.
You may simply need a well-held space in which your system can begin to settle.
That is what our sound baths in London and Geneva are designed to support.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a guided group sound experience where you lie down comfortably and allow sound, rhythm, vibration, and silence to support a state of deeper rest and embodied awareness.
At Swiss Sound Therapy, this is not approached as passive entertainment or background relaxation.
It is a carefully facilitated process that supports:
- nervous system down-regulation
- deep physical relaxation
- mental quietening
- emotional settling
- reconnection with the body
- a clearer inner sense of self
You do not need to do anything.
You simply listen, receive, and allow the body to respond.
Why people come to our sound baths
Deep relaxation
Sound can help the body move out of habitual tension and into a state of deeper rest. Many participants report feeling more spacious, grounded, and physically settled after a session.
Mental quiet
For people who find it difficult to switch off, sound offers a non-verbal way to reduce mental overload and soften repetitive thought loops.
Emotional settling
Sound can help create the internal conditions in which emotional charge begins to organise and settle, without needing to analyse or explain everything.
Embodied presence
A sound bath can help bring attention back into the body, breath, and present-moment perception — especially when life has become too fast or mentally dominated.
Creativity and clarity
When internal noise reduces, many people find that insight, inspiration, and a more natural sense of direction begin to reappear.
Our approach to sound baths
A grounded, structured and experience-based method
At Swiss Sound Therapy, our sound baths are not improvised in a random way.
They are built using a structured understanding of:
- pacing
- rhythm
- sensory attention
- nervous system response
- emotional and bodily regulation
- the sequencing of sound over time
This work has been developed through:
- over 30 years of personal exploration
- more than 13 years of full-time professional practice
- thousands of sessions, workshops, and sound experiences
- and teaching in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Morocco, Sweden, and Italy
What makes our sound baths different
We do not simply “play instruments”.
We create a coherent progression that helps participants move gradually:
from stimulation → towards regulation
from thinking → towards sensing
from effort → towards receptivity
That is why many people describe our sessions as deeper, clearer, and more impactful than standard sound bath experiences.
What happens during a sound bath
Each session is designed as a complete experience, not just a performance.
Before the session
You are welcomed into the space and given clear guidance so you know what to expect and can settle properly.
During the session
You lie down comfortably while a structured sequence of sound supports your body and attention.
Depending on the session, instruments may include:
- Tibetan singing bowls
- crystal bowls
- therapeutic gong
- overtone and intuitive voice
- drum and rhythm-based sound
- other acoustic vibrational instruments
After the session
You are given time to return gradually, integrate the experience, and land more fully before re-entering your day.
Sound Bath in London
Listening to Inner Wisdom
In a world that constantly activates the mind, this sound bath in London offers something different:
a structured space to help the body settle, the nervous system regulate, and attention return to direct experience.
This is not simply relaxation through sound.
It is a carefully facilitated journey designed to support:
- parasympathetic activation
- embodied awareness
- reduced mental overdrive
- emotional settling
- inner clarity
When the nervous system settles, the mind often quietens naturally.
And when the mind softens, something deeper can emerge:
- more space
- more coherence
- more grounded confidence
- more honest inner listening
The session unfolds progressively through a carefully structured sequence of:
- rhythmic drumming
- overtone voice work
- Tibetan bowls
- gong immersion
- silence and integration
Rather than trying to meditate or force an experience, you are invited to experience sound directly in the body.
From thinking → into sensing
From effort → into receptivity
From overload → into regulation
Many participants describe a shift in their perception of time, space, and internal state — often accompanied by a deep sense of settling and reconnection.

A different way to rest
Many people are not just tired.
They are overstimulated, mentally overactive, and disconnected from the body’s natural rhythm.
A well-guided sound bath can offer something many people are missing:
a direct experience of slowing down without needing to force it.
That is what these sessions are here for.
