Cancellation & Refund Policy — Swiss Sound Therapy

At Swiss Sound Therapy, we value clarity, transparency, and mutual commitment.
Our trainings are delivered in small groups, with personalised guidance and a high standard of professional care. To maintain this level of quality, we apply the following cancellation and refund policy.

1. No refunds

All registrations for trainings are final and non-refundable.

Each place booked requires:

  • advance preparation and material planning,

  • the reservation of limited group spaces,

  • administrative and organisational commitments.

For these reasons, no refunds can be issued once a training place has been confirmed.

2. Exceptional rescheduling (goodwill gesture)

In exceptional circumstances, Swiss Sound Therapy may offer a one-time reschedule to another training date, subject to availability.

Exceptional circumstances may include:

  • serious medical reasons supported by documentation,

  • urgent family situations,

  • force majeure or extraordinary events (e.g. official public health restrictions such as Covid).

This reschedule does not constitute a refund.
It allows the participant to join another session within the same calendar year or the next available session, depending on places available.

3. Conditions for rescheduling

A reschedule may be offered under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made in writing as early as possible.

  • Rescheduling is granted at the discretion of Swiss Sound Therapy.

  • The reschedule is strictly limited to one occurrence.

  • Participation in a future session is subject to available spaces.

  • If no space is available immediately, an alternative solution or priority placement may be offered.

4. Cancellation of a training by Swiss Sound Therapy

If Swiss Sound Therapy must cancel a training due to unforeseen organisational, logistical, or force-majeure circumstances:

  • a new training date will be proposed,
    or, if this is not possible,

  • a credit will be issued for another training.

We always aim for the most fair and supportive solution for our participants.

5. Ethical and professional commitment

Our training programmes rely on a rigorous pedagogical structure, small-group teaching, and dedicated follow-up. Maintaining high standards requires stability and careful planning.

This policy exists to preserve:

  • the quality of the learning experience,

  • the coherence and safety of the group,

  • the integrity of our professional commitments,

  • and the long-term sustainability of Swiss Sound Therapy’s teaching approach.
