One-to-One Sound Therapy Sessions in London
& Geneva

When you can’t fully relax, your mind won’t stop, or your body stays tense

You can begin with a first session, with no long-term commitment.

Sound therapy can help you slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a more stable inner space — without needing to force anything, analyse everything, or “perform” calm.

At Swiss Sound Therapy, each one-to-one sound therapy session in London is tailored to support you in:

  • settling the nervous system
  • releasing physical and emotional tension
  • stepping out of mental overload
  • restoring a clearer sense of presence in the body

These individual sessions take place at Indaba Yoga Studio in Marylebone, London.

Why book an individual session?

Most people do not come because they are looking for “a sound treatment”.

They come because they feel they need a different kind of space.

A space where they can:

  • step out of mental overload
  • release tension that has been building for too long
  • reconnect with the body more directly
  • breathe more freely
  • feel less scattered
  • hear more clearly what is happening inside

A one-to-one session does not try to “fix” you.

It creates conditions in which your system may begin to regulate, your attention may begin to stabilise, and your experience may become easier to perceive.

That is the core logic of Swiss Sound Therapy:
the practitioner facilitates conditions — not conclusions.

What these sessions may support

Depending on what you are going through, a session may support:

  • a reduction in mental overload
  • gradual release of accumulated tension
  • clearer perception of the body and breath
  • more inner calm
  • space to feel without needing to explain everything
  • greater presence
  • more clarity after a confusing or pressured period

Swiss Sound Therapy does not present these as guarantees, but as possibilities that may emerge when the system settles and attention becomes more stable.

How does a one-to-one sound therapy session work?

Duration: 1 hour

Each individual sound therapy session in London follows a simple progression:

Regulation → Perception → Expression → Integration

1. Arrival and listening

We begin with what you are actually living right now.

This may include:
- stress
- fatigue
- mental overload
- physical tension
- difficulty relaxing
- a sense of disconnection

This first part helps orient the session clearly, without imposing interpretation.

2. Personalised sound therapy sequence

The session is then shaped around your state in the moment.

I may work with different sound therapy supports, including:
- singing bowls
- gong
- drum
- voice
- targeted vibration
- silence and guided listening

Sound is not used to produce a dramatic effect.
It is used to support:
- regulation of the system
- stabilisation of attention
- clearer perception of the body and breath

This is what can gradually help reduce mental overload and soften certain tensions.

3. Learning and integration

The session does not stop at the experience itself.

You also learn simple tools from sound therapy that you can use in everyday life, such as:
- using your voice to release certain tensions
- working with the breath to calm the system
- using rhythm to regulate your internal state
- developing a more direct way of listening to your body

These tools are not technical or complicated.
They are there to help you:
- return more easily to a calmer state
- feel more clearly what is happening inside
- not depend only on sessions

The aim is that you leave with something practical, simple, and usable.

4. Closing and integration

Time is always left at the end to:
- notice what has shifted
- put words to the experience if needed
- clarify one or two simple reference points

The session then becomes not only a moment of pause, but also a support for your daily life.

Si tu sens que c’est le bon moment pour te poser et écouter autrement.

Who are these sessions for?

These one-to-one sound therapy sessions in London may be particularly supportive if you are living one of the following states:

✔️ I can’t relax
You feel a constant background tension, even when you try to rest.

✔️ Je pense trop
Ton mental tourne beaucoup et prend toute la place.

✔️ I think too much

Your mind is constantly active and takes up too much space.

✔️ I feel disconnected from myself
You live mostly in your head and struggle to feel your body, your needs, or your centre.

✔️ I’m going through a period of transition
Life change, uncertainty, fatigue, loss of direction, or the need for more clarity.

✔️ I need a space where I don’t have to achieve anything

A place to pause, breathe, listen, and let something reorganise more gently.

Possible approaches within the session

Each session is tailored to your state in the moment.

Depending on what seems most appropriate, the work may lean more on certain sound qualities.

Singing bowls

To support calm, softening, rest, and listening through the body.

Gong

For periods of mental overload, inner congestion, or the need to release more deeply.

Drum / rhythm

To support grounding, momentum, bodily support, and a clearer internal axis.

Voice

To work with expression, breath, presence, and the living vibration of the body.

BioTuning® is one of the approaches available within Swiss Sound Therapy, but it is important to be clear:

BioTuning is not offered as a single stand-alone session.

BioTuning works as a process because it involves:

  • voice analysis as an orientation tool
  • targeted sound work
  • observing changes over time
  • progressive integration

The software remains a technical tool that records, calculates, and displays.
It does not replace dialogue, context, or the person’s lived experience.

BioTuning is therefore only available within:

  • the 3-session pack
  • the 5-session pack

It is particularly relevant if you are looking for a more structured, progressive form of support, or if what you are going through clearly requires more than one isolated session.

Othman Haddad (a.k.a Otto)

Founder of Swiss Sound Therapy

Since 2012, I have been accompanying people through sound, listening, vibration, and presence in Switzerland, France, and the United Kingdom.

My work is not to tell people what they are experiencing.

My work is to create a precise, human, and sensitive framework in which they can settle, feel more clearly what is happening inside, and reconnect with greater stability, presence, and clarity.

Swiss Sound Therapy developed as both a practice and a school around one simple idea:

when the system settles, deeper listening becomes possible.
